Das sehr freundliche, kundige Fachpersonal berät stets kompetent, weist auch stets auf neue Produkte hin, ohne sie aber aufdrängen zu wollen. Zwei vereinzelte Garantiefälle wurden problemlos abgehandelt. Auch Kinder werden als Käufer stets ernst genommen, wie ich oft durch meine Enkel erlebt habe.
Der WMF Shop ist wohl dasjenige Geschäft in Münster, in dem ich am liebsten einkaufe.
