Acceptable fast food taste, expensive for the quality, terrible customer service. Come here if you want to be treated rudely as if you are annoying them.

Delicious and with rich taste, both panini's and pizza's. This store offers something beyond the ordinary street food tastes!

The panini are good and portions are great. I would give this establishment 4 stars in a normal period.

However, this place really needs a lesson in corona regulations. When I last went, a mass of people clustered at the entrance and were not maintaining a distance between each other. The guy behind the counter did nothing to stop it and in fact encouraged it by taking the orders of literally everyone in lone at the same time. Also, he dangled a mask on his ear but didn't wear one. All in all absolutely ridiculous behavior one year into the pandemic.

Good service and great food (Italian style focaccia and piadina).
Highly recommended even just for an Espresso, as Italian living abroad is not so easy to find a good one like that one while eating out.

There are polite ways to let know your clients you can’t sit on the tables outside the restaurant when you don’t order directly from the menu card. We were treated like delinquents. I understand the rules but I think the personnel needs and urgent course of customer service, specially with tourists. I had never ever been thrown out of a restaurant like that.
