I was feeling very very sick so decided to visit the hospital.
After all, I wish I never went!
The doctor was very unfriendly and disrespectful. A doctor is meant to calm you down and to make you feel like he is there to help you. But then the doctor was laughing at me and didn’t want to help me!
After a long time, the doctor said that he could check my heart if I wanted. I said ok.
Then he told me to remove my blouse. While I was wearing a very thin blouse. My heart had been checked a multiple times in my life but I have never been asked to remove my shirt for it! And when I asked for a female doctor, he was laughing even more.

The staff tried hard to be helpful despite the hospital being full. It sucks to be hospitalized in a foreign country but at least the food is nice.

Worst hospitality. I had been there for first aid since I had a fall from bike. They made me wait for two hours and later say that doctor is busy I can't help. They were so least bothered at least clean and plaster. They were very inhumane and shameless. They sent me back when I asked them to clean and bandaid it at least.

I want to have some explanations about my son that had a surgery last year.he had a knee arthroscopy for his knee. He is 28 years old and since the operation, he can't walk and have terrible knee pain! Before the surgery he had no pain. He is totally distroyed becose he has chronic knee pain and can't live his life normally. He has burning sensation in his leg and start to have also some arthritis becose of the surgery.

My son live in chronic pain and cry all day becose he cannot walk without pain. He cannot work anymore or practice his sport (he was athlete).

He tryed several times to contact the surgeron but no answer to his questions. What a shame!!!

He still doesn't know what is the problem with his knee but it seems that most of this meniscus has been removed and a nerve has been injured ! He living hell and is very sad. The docs here told him that they cannot do anything and will have to live like that the rest of his life (he is only 28...).

I want to contact someone of this hospital, my son starting to become physically and mentally sick becose of the pain. He was very active person and was an international manager and high level sport student.

I was so happy that the appointment was finally 09.05. the OP should finally be, I was so proud and didn't drive home properly yet, called the clinic to ask them to have all the preliminary examinations done again, they were too old. I ok still made it in time everyone for this a big thank you to all the doctors who took me in between at short notice thank you. On May 9th, 2022 everything was ready for the op tomorrow was clarified with the Nakos physicians and surgical surgeon. But then... just before we say goodbye see you in the morning if we don't have an intensive care bed for me by tomorrow morning no op my mood was in the basement. I'm supposed to call at 3:00 p.m. Done I should be there at 9:00 in the morning. My mood is still gone. next day on time as there is still no bed available my mood is deep in the basement. Then quickly take off surgical clothes and off to the operating room thanks to the team from the Raphaelsklinik and the intensive care unit for everything. I hadn't expected that. Hallo hier ein kurzer Bericht über die Raphaelsklinik in Münster Westfalen.
Seid Oktober 2021 war ich dabei um einen Termin für eine Hüft op zubekommen leider immer und immer wieder absagen auf Grund von corona oder das kein Personal dafür da sei. Die Schmerzen wurden immer unerträglicher. Ich habe mich dann bei der Raphaelsklinik vorgestellt sie sagten mir das jetzt schnell gehandelt werden müsse.ich war so froh endlich der Termin stand 09.05.2022 Vorstellung beim Operationstaem und am 10.05. soll dann der OP endlich sein,ich war so stolz und fuhr nachhause noch nicht richtig in der Tür anruf von der Klinik bitte alle Voruntersuchungen noch mal machen lassen die vorliegen seien zu alt. Ich ok noch rechtzeitig alle geschafft hierfür ein grosses Dankeschön an alle Ärzte die mich noch kurzfristig dazwischen genommen haben danke. Der 09.05 2022 war da alles soweit für die op morgen wurde mit den Nakosärzte und Operationsarzt geklärt. Doch dann... kurz vorm schüss sagen bis morgenfrüh wenn wir bis morgenfrüh keine intensivbett für mich haben kein op meine Laune war im Keller. Ich solle um 15: 00 Uhr mal anrufen. Getan ich soll um 9:00 morgenfrüh da sein .Meine Laune immer noch weg . nächsten Tag pünktlich da bis jetzt noch kein Bett frei meine Laune ganz tief im Keller.Dann alles ganz schnell ausziehen opkleidung an und ab in den op danke an das Team von der Raphaelsklinik und der Intensivstation für alles. Damit hatte ich nicht mehr gerechnet. Ich möchte mich noch bei allen und besonders bei den Schwestern für die tolle Fürsorge Bedanken bleibt alle gesund. Danke

Super Klinik, von der Pforte über die Anmeldung, den Ärzten, dem kompletten Pflegepersonal bis hin zum Nachdienst - alle super nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit... immerhin sprechen wir von einem Krankenhaus - was will man da mehr verlangen? Auch das Essen war durchaus in Ordnung.
Ich kann mich nur bedanken und würde mich jederzeit wieder hier behandeln lassen!

Von der Terminfindung bis hin zur Untersuchung verlief alles reibungslos und sehr gut. Arzt und Personal nahmen sich - trotz eines engen Terminplans - viel Zeit und behandelten bemerkenswert menschlich und zuvorkommend. Schon am Empfang wurde man sehr freundlich begrüßt, wie ich es in einem Krankenhaus so noch nie erlebt habe. Ich bin vollends zufrieden und sehr positiv überrascht!
