Have used Deutsche bank now for 5 years. As a foreigner, I like the fact that most employees can speak English. When dealing with money, I feel this is important and the staff are really friendly.
Downside, is the only branch in Münster u0026 few ATM's available.

The staff is extremely unexperience and they lack of information. In addition, they create fake laws from their mind which is illegal in their part and I can raise a case on them.

One of the staff, I met her twice and in both appointments she told me I can't open an account even though I was 100% I can. In addition, she refused to show me the statement in that law she is talking about that says I can't or it is illegal.

If any of staff of Deutsche Bank seeing this, then take care of your English speaking staff in Münster, it's a shame to have employees like that who discuss with you about something they are unsure about.

Despite all of that, the staff was nice in treatment.

Use a different bank. They charge fees for everything
