For the price paid not worth it, budget hotel, they even switch off the AC so only the fan operates and we have to open the window and hear outside noises, also the bathroom is moldy and cleaning team hardly cleans and we have to keep calling to get clean cups and towels and they don’t put enough shower gels or coffee milk, you have to keep calling them and remind them for the missing items which i can understand if its a cheap hotel but no here. The service is not the best i would rather stay in air b n b next time as its not value for money

Poorly managed hotel: I was here on a business trip. They charged 1000 Euro for 4 nights. Upon my arrival the room was not well cleaned, had garbage left over from the previous guest and the carpet was very dirty. They do not have irons in the rooms and the breakfast is low cost food from the Aldi. Will not return here.

Very nice and clean hotel in Munster. The only thing is hard to find building 2 in garage. Maybe a solution to put dirrección arrows, signs i the floor.

Not very far from the main station, friendly staff and sound proof walls. But the room is poorly designed with a wall in between the desk and the TV making the TV usless for casting during work, and only viewable from the bed. The IT system is very unacountable, my wifi connection was repeatidly interrupted, reception's system was down during check-out and I was asked to leave a physical copy of my credit card because they couldn't access my data in their own system! I also never got the Payback points for my stay, which was my biggest motivation to try this hotel in first place.

Nice place. At the breakfast the staff was not very friendly. In the morning the temperature of the shower varioused almost from ice cold to boiling hot, so with that should be careful

Friendly helpful staff. May not book in the Winter because of the breakfast room being quite separate from the second building

Great place to stay when visiting Munster.
Nice modern spacious and clean rooms, tasty breakfast buffet, good noise isolation.
Easy to reach and close to the city center
