Das Personal bzw. die Trainer sind alle sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit, das Studio ist gepflegt und sauber, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Dazu bin ich dort noch nie einem unfreundlichen Kunden begegnet und es war zu keinem Zeitpunkt überfüllt, musste also nie wirklich auf ein Gerät warten.
