Given the hardship of not finding any accomodation in Münster, I stayed here at Oxford Kaserne for my Erasmus semester. The ground floor is the emergency accommodation for students and the first floor is for long term accommodation, but the facilities are the same. The difference is that you will share a room with one or two people in the emergency accommodation, whereas you have a room of your own in the first floor. The price does not vary: 300 euros (Warmmiete).
Rooms
You will need to deep-clean the room that you are given since all the rooms are unclean and dusty, with carpeted floors full of big, reddish stains. Any complains to the Studierendenwerk are a waste of time. The size of the room varies, but mine was about 23 square metres, which is bigger than the average room in any other student residence in Münster (i.e Wilhempskamp residence). You could tell that the room had been uninhabited for years and nobody dared to clean it at all... The rooms are practically unfurnished, but you will receive a bed with a mattress minimum, and some rooms have tables and chairs. Not all rooms have curtains.
Kitchen
The kitchens are also quite big, with 2-3 stoves/ovens and a shared fridge. There may also be other kitchen supplies if any student in your corridor has decided to buy them. The cleanness of the kitchen mostly depends on you and the people on your corridor but there is cleaning service twice a week, which also cleans the bathrooms.
Bathrooms
There are like 4 showers per corridor. One of them is a regular one, with good floor, shower head, water temperature regulator... But the rest look like prison showers. Therefore, mostly everyone uses the good shower and thus they clock quite easily or stop working... It is pretty disgusting.
There are like 5 toilets (without top cover lol) per corridor.
Location
The bus stops are located at the entrance of the facility (which takes 3-4 mins from your block), with lines 1 and 12 to the city centre (around 16 mins to Aegiidimarkt and 25 mins to the Hauptbahnhof). For the night bus you need to go to Dieckmanstrasse which takes 8-9 minutes and then half an hour to get to the city centre.
