You can almost buy anything there, if it is all kinds of food, beverages, stuff for the kitchen, electronics and so on.. the only issue I have with Marktkauf, that it is comparably expensive, especially vegetables and all kinds of comfort goods. It is perfect for upper middle class family who don't care that much about their spending, but I don't like going there since I always pay way more than somewhere else.

Definitely on the more expensive side but it has CHOICE! It has got things other stores do not with a good range of exotic food too. Good deals on items in the marketing materials.

The beer section alone was worth FIVE stars. I have had a lot of beer since I have been visiting this country and only about 3-5% of the available beer on their stand have I tried. So many local, foreign to choose from... I could spend all day here.

Everything else from veggies to vitamins to candies were easy to find without needing to be a German speaker.

Only gripe was that one too many bathroom doors were marked as "defected" aka broken and in need of repairs. I am not sure if I would be able to stop by again before returning back to the US. So I deduct one star, fix that bathroom Marktauf.

Big supermarket with a great variety of products, thus variety of prices. Fruits and vegetables are on the expensive side of products

Very big market. I found all necessary staffs. It is expensive. It's fine. But, I also got spoil foods. I don't like that..
