Hotel & Restaurant Bakenhof Münster

We stayed there for a long weekend visiting the Münster christmas market. Very friendly people who advised us to take bus 1 that is during 4 weekends up to Christmas free and stops in front of the hotel. Really handy! In 20 minutes we were in the city centre. Downstairs small but functional clean, new and modern rooms. Good shower and excellent beds. Upstairs rooms are bigger. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs. Restaurant serves excellent German food (Very nice steak and schnitzel) but not cheap. There is no bar for a drink after dinner. Nice to know: on the other side of the street is a large super store with coffee shop where you can also eat. All in all recommendable.

Their November menu had a variety of delicious goose, deer, duck and more cooked to perfection ????????. I highly recommend it.
