Ich bin heute mit meiner Tochter in die hno weil wir beide seit gestern Abend sehr starke Ohrenschmerzen hatten. Mein Verdacht lag auf Mittelohrentzündung und das sind wirklich höllische Schmerzen. Nachdem wir im ersten kh abgewiesen wurden da kein Ohren Arzt da wäre sollten wir ins ukm in die hno Klinik fahren gesagt getan. Der Empfang war grässlich der sekurity Mitarbeiter machte mich direkt an da ich die Impfpässe vergessen hatte wir sind aber beide durchgeimpft ich habe dann angeboten meinen Mann anzurufen und der soll uns die Impfpässe per Foto schicken. Endlose fragen das wäre so wichtig wie ein Personalausweis ect. Ja weiß ich ich habe aber starke Schmerzen und bin seit 3 Stunden unterwegs um Hilfe zu bekommen. Na ja dann hoch in die Poliklinik wieder 1000 Fragen... Warum wir nicht zu einem hno notdienst Arzt gefahren wären warum das andere kh sich unsere Ohren nicht angesehen hat ect. Sorry ich bin kein Arzt und sie haben doch eine Notfallambulanz die für uns am nächsten zu fahren war. Jedenfalls mussten wir eine weitere Stunde auf die Ärztin warten. Meine Tochter liefen die Tränen vor Schmerzen.
Dann kam endlich die Ärztin und ich hoffte nur das die einen besseren Tag hat wie die drei anderen Angestellten. Ich muss sagen die Ärztin war wirklich sehr sehr nett und sehr kompetent.das ich solche Schmerzen habe bei so einer starken Entzündung kann sie sich gut vorstellen. Hat uns direkt notfallmedizin mitgegeben und ein Rezept für ein Antibiotikum ausgestellt. Da war auch aufeinmal die Dame von der Anmeldung nett.
Also die 4 Sterne gibt's wirklich nur für die Ärztin aber der Empfang war wirklich grauenhaft.

Covid Positiv und vorher telefonische Anmeldung für die Notfallambulanz. Kam heute, habe draußen ca. 10 Min. gewartet, Security Typ und Pfortner sehr freundlichen. Nach 10 Min kam die Triage Pflegerin und hat mich abgeholt, direkt zum “Corona Zimmer”, nach ca. 5 Min kam dann die Ärztin, hat die Untersuchung gemacht und mich direkt wieder Entlassen. Ich war max. 30 Min in der Klinik und trotz Corona Positiv wurde ich sehr gut behandelt. Danke HNO Team

Hallo ich kann die zum Teil sehr schlechten Rezensionen persönlich nicht bestätigen.
Ich war in der letzten Woche an 4 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen wegen eines akuten Ohrproblems in der HNO Poliklinik.
Obwohl ich am 1. TAG als Notfall ohne Termin kam, wurde ich freundlich empfangen und habe auch nicht übermäßig lange gewartet. An allen 4 Tagen waren alle angefangen von der 1. Anmeldung über die 2.Anmeldung , die Damen beim Hörtest und beide Ärzte die mich betreut haben sehr freundlich. Haben alles in Ruhe erklärt und ich fühlte mich gut betreut.
Es muß auch mal erwähnt werden unter welch erschwerten Coronabedingungen
dort alle arbeiten müssen. Und dann gleichbleibend freundlich, dafür sollte auch mal ein Lob ausgesprochen werden.
