Very nice Hotel. The interior is a little dated at points but the new spa and fitness area on the roof is awesome! Will definitely come again!

All great but only scored 7 due to no aircon in gym. All other areas of hotel appear to have aircon. Restaurant quality excellent, staff superb

Beautiful location, spacious rooms and incredible food. My kiddo loved the Chocolate Hour. She actually came in with a bad earache and we were able to get a head/facial massage scheduled and done upon arrival. She felt much better afterwards. I wish we would have been able to stay longer, and hope to visit again in the future.

Of all the breakfast offerings and buffets in Münster this is definitely the top. Live cooking station and a huge selection of delicious meats, a huge smoked fish section and very attentive and friendly service. The only down side- because of this it was packed. So definitely make a reservation.

Overall relaxing and very nice stay, especially due to the central location, delicious breakfast and nice staff. However, rooms and overall look and feel of hotel (besides spa area, which is very new) need to be modernized to keep up with the competition.

Very friendly service, clean and modern room which was very large. The saunas at the top floor were very relaxing and clean! Breakfast is the famous Mövenpick quality, I enjoyed everything! Special thanks for the staff for super friendly helping me with a credit card problem - it was efficiently and professionally solved. One small disappointment at the breakfast was that the waitress didn't give a fill to my thermos mug (300ml), she said it would cost extra. However I could have as many refills at the breakfast room as I wanted. And, there was a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, and even in the room. So I don't understand the logic of not giving the customer a take-out coffee. Despite this my stay was very enjoyable.

I had a chance to stay at this hotel as part of a business trip and I am perfectly satisfied: the hotel is very nice, the food was absolutely great (the steak tartare is something to die for), the people were warm yet professional. There are a spa and a fitness area as well, which unfortunately I couldn't try, and a nice parking area. My room was great, the minibar was in great shape and the distance to both the airport and the city centre was perfect for my needs. A great experience, I would recommend.
