I returned my christmas gift that was bought online and value more than 300 eur at the shop. It was talking too long, so I called the online shop and asked about the return. The person said they just received the product yesterday (15.01.2020).
I returned the product in the shop on the 06.01.2020.

I don't trust the shop and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Purchased several items from Christ over the years mostly online but twice in store. They also sell other brands both gold u0026 non gold products. I only recommend the Christ brands though as the other brands like Jette Gold seem to loose their shine after some period despite being 375 gold.
Once I brought a gold ring which had 3 small diamonds fallen off for repair. They weren't able to return the stones on the ring despite asking for an extension of time to fix it.
Most of their gold is either 375 or 585 carats.
Staff tend to wear black uniforms u0026 are good though I have never seen an employee that wasn't white.
