The products are, as always, of good quality and of great design. Using Rituals is always a treat and I love buying products at one of their many Dutch shops on a regular base.

I'm used to the professional and friendly staff I encounter in any Dutch shop. But here, the staff isn't even close to the professional level of the Dutch shops.

A staff member was taking her time to wash her own hands, then scrub them and then wash it again with a foam. I was standing next to her, trying to wash my hands. But she was taking all her space and I couldn't reach the tap. She didn't even make space for me, as a customer, to try something and to wash off my hands! Nor did she say anything to make sure she has seen me. Instead she really took her time. It was also quite busy in the shop, so it did amaze me she chose to do this instead of helping customers.

In the Netherlands this would never happen. Maybe because it's a Dutch brand? I'm not sure, but I was highly disappointed.

Absolutely amazing range of Herbal products for Skin Care. The Customer service of Sales staff is very good and they are highly Cooperative. Their products are Unique and one of their own kind. Truly an attraction for Ladies.

Schon öfters in der Filiale in Münster gewesen und bisher immer freundlich beraten worden. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist kompetent und hat mich immer beraten können, egal ob es um Duftnoten, Geschenkideen oder Bestellungen ging. Erstmal vielen Dank dafür!! Gestern Nachmittag wurde ich von Ma.(ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich die Namen nennen darf, deshalb kürze ich sie ab) beraten, ein Mitarbeiter, den ich mir definitiv auch in meinem Laden wünschen würde, wenn ich einen hätte :) super hilfsbereit und respektvoll, kompetent und ein sunshine. Das Autoparfum, das ich dank ihm kaufen konnte, werde ich heute verschenken. Danke nochmals!!
An der Kasse hat mich dann die süße Ju. bedient (die nebenbei ein super schönes Lächeln hat und unnormal schön ist) genau so wie Ma. , war auch sie super herzlich und höflich in ihrem Umgang mit den Kunden.
Bei meinen nächsten Einkäufen werden die beiden definitiv meine Ansprechpartner sein!!
