Well, this restaurant has a good service but it has very few choices on the menu and quite pricey. I had a Wiener Schnitzel for 21€, well the price is ok but a portion is small considering the price.

Xaver‘s is a recommendable place if you want a Bavarian restaurant with a bit of a modern touch and intimacy as counterpart to the bigger “Wirtshäuser”. Smart and casual, it offers all the crowds favorites with some twists such as Beef Tartar, Schnitzel, Schweinsbraten or Lammragout and for dessert Kaiserschmarrn (pictured).
Can’t go wrong, a bit overpriced for my taste yet it delivers the goods.

We were on a mission for appelstrudl, ended up here and even found something better; Kaiserschmarrn! Presentation was a ten and it was indeed delicious. The ambiance is cozy and personnel was very friendly and helpful!

What an absolute great place. The food is very good, we have two soups (one of them white asparagus amazing), we shared the schnitzel (great quality) and of course had Kaiserschmarrn for dessert which was impeccable. Their terrace is very cozy and the service was very good.

Great food and nice waitress but had to wait 45 minutes for starters,u0026 an hour for main course. Wanted to order a desert only to find that the kitchen was closed, and no one updated us about it in advance. Unacceptable. Won’t come back.

Honestly, there are countless Augustiner beer houses in Munich. Perhaps this is the number20 I come across. Located in a posh area with a lot of boutiques this restaurant is often packed with stylish locals. This reminds me a bit of Chiswick in London.

Food is great, portions are big as usual ( so I strongly suggest you order a small portion instead of normal, if you are a small person like me) and the waitress are very child-friendly and smiley.

Outstanding food and service. The wait staff were amazing and suffered our lack of German.
