I live close to the Restaurant and I love chicken. So far I avoided the place as I thought it was too espansive but couple of weeks ago I received this coupon at home. I decided then to try and... NEVER AGAIN!
The food was not that bad but the arrogance of the Manager of the place has been terrible.
She was counting the money of the day in front of me when I asked the employee the chicken and the fries. Once everything was ready I asked (reading from the coupon) whether I could have some mayo as well.
The employee asked her Manager and her reactions was shocking! She started yelling at me and his employee denying me what was written on the coupon (the mayo).
I didn't care about the mayo but I felt terribly sorry for asking the mayo considering that this brought her yelling against his own employee in front of me.

They will never see me again.

Delivery time was ok , everything else not. Recived half of order, pomes and drink never came even tho i payed for it , burger was a complete mess, and all of that for nice price , never again , huge disapoitment

This place changed name to Balkanwald and it is even better then before. Very kind personel, fast service and good food (I recommend "Cevapcici").

Price is marginal but acceptable. Was somehow charged extra drink. No problem to adjust the bill. One waitress for seating of 60+ customers. Not so many tourists. Likely to forever remain a 3 or lower star establishment.

The restaurant was very nice, but it smelled like a walk in deep fryer. That odor stuck to my clothes, Istill smell like it! The service was VERY slow. Wienerwald's only saving grace was the quality of the food. The food was very, very good. I had the chicken cordon bleu. My boyfriend had the half grilled chicken, which was better than my meal. If I come back here, I will have the grilled chicken. The potato salad was extremely good, I highly recommend it. Overall, it was an okay experience with decent food.
