All the people in the staff are super friendly and amazing.
The rooms are good, breakfast is great. Really close to the metro station.
Valentine was super friendly and gave us plenty of options to get to know the city. Great experience, going back next year for sure.

Very friendly staff and the rooms are nice.
The morning buffet breakfast looked good also.
We stayed 11 nights and my only complaint was that the black curtains really didn’t black-out.
Great location to Ostbahnhof u0026 the zoo

Nice hotel with easy check-in, staff are friendly and had everything we needed. Easy to get into the city centre via trams, bus or underground. Room included towels, hairdryer and shampoo/body wash if needed.

Basic, clean hotel. Comfy beds, air conditioned rooms. No mini bar or safe.
Breakfast is simple but provides all that is needed for a good breakfast

Good hotel. Comfy. Rooms lack a homey feel. Very bla. A small mini fridge will help. Breakfast is same daily. We are staying for 10 days and already bored with same food daily.

What you would expect from a hotel like this. Clean and comfortable room (grateful for the air conditioner as it was really hot weather). Friendly and helpful service. The metro station was a 5 min walk which was great.

It is a good experience stay.
For a 2 star hotel it is excellent!

Good bed and temperature control. Good wc.
