I have bought a beautiful Girard Perregaux WW.TC from watches24.com for a great price. Mr. Hildebrand has provided a very detail description of the watch with excellent photos and was very quick to answer all my questions regarding the watch and guide me through the purchase process.
The watch was shipped promptly and when it took the unexplainable tour of the western Europe due to the delivery service error he was quick to intervene with the delivery service to set it on the right path. the whole experience for me was very positive.
Mr. Hildebrand is very professional and helpful, he even included some small treats in the package. I would without a second thought buy another watch from watches24.com.

Unfortunately, I can't share a lot of the positive reviews.

In October, 2019, I've decide to buy a watch from the showroom. Mr. Hildebrand is a passionate and quite helpful and I was happy with the choice at that moment. Until, a few months later, the watch stoped ruling whenever wasn't on my hand for few hours. After I've dropped the watch and had to go to an official store of the brand, I was assured that the watch looked like, it wasn't serviced for at least few years. I've spoke to the phone with Mr. Hildebrand and he offered to repair it at his place, but I felt uncertain, if the quality is going to be the same as when I bought it. So overall, I felt disappointed.

The owner of the Watches24 shop is a real Gentleman and he made me feel like at home in comfort. He has a nice variety of great watches in stock and his consultancy for the best choice of watch it is over the top with some useful advice on how to maintain well your watch.
I had definitely a good time with Andreas, and I hope to see him again for another deal.
