Didn't deliver 1/3 of the order, no compensation
We've been ordering food every now and then. Decent enough quality, some extra fillings missing sometimes, nothing too bad. Day before yesterday we ordered a salad, a pasta and a kid's pizza. Delivery came quite quickly, but just as the delivery guy left we noticed the pizza was missing. We tried to yell him from an opened window but for no avail - either he didn't hear or he didn't care. I called straight away to the restaurant and they promised to send us another pizza. Haven't seen one so far... That evening, after two hours of waiting after the call, I sent email to the restaurant and explained the situation and asked for a compensation. So far no answer.
