Delightful Italian restaurant. Interior(ambience) is very comfortable and romantic. very good varieties of pizza, pasta, salad,soft drinks and beer. Cash and card payment both accepted. There is out door seating as well. Not very much crowded. Good for friends and families.

Didn't deliver 1/3 of the order, no compensation

We've been ordering food every now and then. Decent enough quality, some extra fillings missing sometimes, nothing too bad. Day before yesterday we ordered a salad, a pasta and a kid's pizza. Delivery came quite quickly, but just as the delivery guy left we noticed the pizza was missing. We tried to yell him from an opened window but for no avail - either he didn't hear or he didn't care. I called straight away to the restaurant and they promised to send us another pizza. Haven't seen one so far... That evening, after two hours of waiting after the call, I sent email to the restaurant and explained the situation and asked for a compensation. So far no answer.

Friendly staff, tried the spaghetti pasta u0026 it was delicious, penny pasta wasn't that good.

The staff at the counter is very rude. I ordered and he told me 3 times to put my card in loud voice where the card was already placed correctly counter. Then he said 'you are crazy', ????. He took the money and didnt make my dish. When I asked again he said his coulegue will make the dish. When I asked the other guy he had no idea that he should do it. Terrible experience. How 1 person can ruin you night. The management should work on customer service. Food is OK but the overall dining experience is bad.

I like coming here. Most of the staff are friendly with a couple of exceptions - ran into a semi grumpy chef during my last visit but hey you can't always expect perfection! Overall, they keep up their standards and I've to commend one young waiter (wish I'd taken down his name!) - he was very helpful and was kind enough to carry a baby chair upstairs when we needed one. Worth a visit!

I liked the seasonal pumpkin soup. However, the ordering process could be optimised.
