Only 2 toilets for 156 passengers! This is dehumanising!

Economy passengers are not allowed to use the toilet for business class passengers, even though they have 1 toilet for only 20 passengers!

Besides, they are never on time.

I won't say it's perfect. Seats are not comfortable in Airbus.

They don’t care at all if they break your luggage. They should have replace my luggage one month ago but nobody care even if I reach by many emails and contacted their partner for repairing luggage etc.

Really be carful when you fly with them.

They canceled my flight and it's almost a year that they are passing me here or there for a refund. I wish it was easier for me to use Germany Courts but as a foreigner this would be challenging for me:(

This is just office for Turkish airline, but not sale office, if you need any help in the reservation issues you have to go to the sale office in the Munich airport terminal 2

Very poor service and unfriendly customer support and do not care about anything except what says the computer. Not competent service. No more turkish airlines.
