Not sure why they have such a high score to be honest, the rooms are ok but there is no kettle which is very basic, especially when you pay this much, on the plus side the minibar was included which was nice.
Overall i did not like it, the toilet does not give real privacy, there is a lot of noise from the highway and main roads, the air conditioning is very laud and does not have an off switch, the shower was leaking, they fixed it with duct tape…
The hotel has parking but you can park in the street for free.

One of the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

1- AC inside the room is really hot and you can’t control it. Maintenance comes to fixed it but nothing happened he told me this is cold already : ) and the end they gave me a fan which won’t do anything.
2- fridge wasn’t working they had to fix it.
3- room card wasn’t working I had to replace it back and forth 4 times and the end they gave me the key.
4- housekeeping. They didn’t clean 2 days. I had to call and ask them to come to clean
5- there was so little hand soap in the bottle they didn’t refill it. I ask the housekeeping to refill it and ignored me. I had to ask the reception so they do it.
6- body wash same thing the bottle is empty and no refill. I left a note in the bathroom so they refill it. Guess why did they do? They ignored me :)

The problem is that I’m still in the hotel I can’t cancel the remaining of my stay.

Obaida on the reception a great guy. Tried his best to address my problems. I got an upgrade. Housekeeping has been consistent. The AC is slightly better but still not that cold.

Overall I still don’t recommend this hotel.

Extremely basic and primitive rooms... Not even a kettle for tea. The HVAC system CANNOT be turned off, so enjoy sleeping by a jet engine. It's made to look high end, but it's actually a budget experience but for a middle-upper price class. For business travel, location is excellent.

If I had booked the Hotel myself, I’d be gone already. Unfortunately, it was booked by my company. Let’s start with me arriving with a bunch of suitcases. Despite me clearly struggling, and both concierges having no clients, they just kept smiling at me and did not move a bit. Not even to open the door. Next, my booking did not work even though I booked it via the phone with them directly. I actually had to pay for breakfast now, even though I clearly said I did not need it. Going up to the room, my keycard did not work and I had to call the desk again. Apparently this happens often - I have an actual key now to open and close the door.
The room is okay, despite the toilet paper being as hard as stone (I bought my own now), the fridge being empty, the room being a little dirty here an there and finally being not more than 50meter away from the highway. See pictures for reference. All
in all, I am very sad about this experience.

Great location for business in Munchen Schwabing. Rooms are basic, but clean and fresh. Biggest complaint for me is lack of bottled water in the rooms. Had some trouble with the door lock, and managed to get the Aircon to an acceptable temperature with a bit of fiddling. The bar is nice and the food at the hotel restaurant is better than I expected for this kind of hotel. Breakfast is basic but sufficient (all buffet).

The room was good but the management is not good at all. I was asked to pay a huge security deposit for no reason. And the staff took more than 10 days for it to refund it after I checked out. Would rate 0/10 on Hospitality.

Absolutely terrible WIFI, it's like going back to the dark ages with ADSL quality using a dial up modem. Impossible to work for business from room and lobby, costant breaks in connectivity, even after complaining and being given a conference room wifi password the quality was not great. For this reason alone, I would rather stay in another hotel that has good wifi and not stay here again.
