Stayed there one night transiting from Austria to Munich airport.
In a quite semi-residential area. We took a long walk around the bock and it was nice. There is a bus stop nearby that can take you to the City Centre and back. The rooms were very spacious u0026 clean with a balcony. Staff were very friendly. We did not try to the breakfast (was to expensive to add to the room rate).
Exiting to the airport (which was the reason for our stay) was very convenient; a U-turn and you are on the highway.
The basement parking was good as well. Just make sure you get a day-ticket.
Recommendation: Remove the carpet from the corridors.

Excellent location, amazing staff, very clean rooms with daily room service available. Supermarket and bakery just behind the hotel. Many restaurants, and shopping destinations are walking distance from the hotel.

I stayed in the Superior Family Suite, which is very suitable for 2 adults with two kids. The rooms are of perfect sizes with small balcony :)

Underground parking available for a charge (Euro 24 per day).

I've been there a couple of times. The modern rooms are nice and big with a little balcony. There is a coffee machine in the room. Regarding the service I didn't have the best experience the last times. One time I was told breakfast is not included although it was then on the bill. The other time there was no water bottle in the room. Usually, given my status I receive some welcome gift at other Accor hotels but there was nothing twice.
In the fitness room it way was too hot and also no water or cups for the water provided.

Maybe next time.

Room: Bathroom has mold inside. Room was not cleaned properly: belt from previous guests bathrobe was left. Soap was not provided, just an empty bottle from it.

Breakfast: vegetables were not fresh. Very limited full grain bread options. Restaurant for the breakfast is very small.

The hotel has spacious rooms and bathrooms.The hotel also installed for us hand-held bidet. That was something worth mentioning.

However, the hotel's housekeeping have been either very pushy and knocking the door since early morning or they will not show up when you need them even with non-stop calls. Once, I put the sign not to clean and they kept knocking the door every other time waking me up.

The hotel reception try to be friendly but honestly they have a miscommunication between each other even once my laundry was supposed to finish next day and I waited almost a week for this after reminding them twice.

The reception says they dont offer breakfast as room service because of covid when none of their staff wear mask because of covid. After I insisted, they brought the breakfast upstairs.

Overall, the experience was rather underwhelming. It feels like the staff is trying to do its best, but eye to detail is missing, both in service and quality. When I was in the sports club in the morning it was a complete mess i.e towels where missing, the floors have not been cleaned.

I came to Munich from Britain, and the choice of the hotel came on the recommendation of the family, but the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were good size except the services was bad. My big problem with the internet was poor and constantly cut off, although I passed more than one complaint about it , but the problem was not solved by the receptionist, I had to go down to the hotel lobby to use the internet, so it was annoying and uncomfortable for my family and i , The breakfast was very very poor, there are not many selections, and the gym is small and the equipment in it is old, it needs renovation and expansion, it is unreasonable for a hotel with The name and level does not have a modern and good gym. The location of the hotel is far from the city center, so if you want to use the train, you need to change more than one station to arrive. The hotel needs an additional number of staff, the receptionist performs all roles.
