A VR experience highlighting select events linked to Bavaria over time. The content is limited and repetitive as you are exposed to it 4 times (1st in a small reading room at the basement, 2nd via a short in-person explanation, 3rd in a library via Audio and imagery on a book and finally the VR experience!). There is English and German options for the VR content. The graphics itself is a bit out-dated, but the 3D experience with moving seats etc. makes it innovative. 3/5 stars for the execution and an extra star for the idea!

A very cool experience. In the not too distant future what this business offers will probably be common place but not yet…it is marvelous. My 88 year old father and I (65) hadn’t seen anything like this before (at least at this refinement level) and we really enjoyed it. Well worth the price of admission!

Very fun and unique experience! The people who put this together and run it are obviously passionate about Bavarian history. I totally recommend it.

Worker Katya is very friendly! Tour is interesting and available in English and German, feels very realistic! Also there is a discount for Ukrainian refugees - they can buy tickets for the price of the kid’s ticket. Recommend ????????

We went in spontaneously because we needed to burn 40 minutes. That was a great idea. The tour guide is very friendly and humorous. The VR experience is great. They have some effects like winds, vibration, tilt that make us feel like we are flying for real. The graphics are nice, ofcourse it's not 4K, but one of the bests I have seen in VRs. It's not the resolution that matters, in this case it somewhat achieves, but the art style, which was done really well. Overall we had great experience here flying through history of Bavaria and can only recommend.

Very disappointing. I love the idea, but the execution is superficial.
I was expecting to flight over the city of Munich at different periods in time, where we would get to admire how the city evolved through time, grew, how streets paved, etc etc.
Unfortunately, the so-called fly over is only above countryside - in which we barely see one village and a bunch of poorly-rendered peasents - and there is zero explanation as to what we see, or how people lived etc.
For someone who's never had a VR experience, why not (though some games are way more interesting than that) ; otherwise, a waste of money.

It was a very different and unique experience. Cost is around €17-19 each We booked the English speaking tour online and were looking forward to the 3 zones of VR travelling through time.

Arrived and greeted by friendly staff. The tour started with a guide who was lovely and engaging but he really seemed to struggle with translating into English which made understanding what we were going to see and do quite difficult. Some of the jokes and little sayings just didn’t translate from German to English and our group did find ourselves looking at each other in bewilderment.

After watching a short film on the idea of the peacock ride we were moved into the VR room and given our headsets. These were quite awkward to get on and little help was offered by the staff. We enjoyed the VR part of the tour but did find parts of the film a bit glitchy and the transition between time lines was disappointing with a white flash then a black screen which didn’t really flow.

We were also slightly disappointed by not being able to have the VR experience in the large peacocks in the reception area. We didn’t realise that this was extra and we weren’t even asked if we wanted to pay for this feature. We think the website needs adjusting to represent that you really only get 15 mins of VR time out of the 45 mins tour.

Overall it’s a good concept but needs some extra work, if the target audience is tourists then a good English speaking staff should convey and captivate the whole experience.
