The table service is slow, but once the order is taken, it’s prepared quickly. The food is not 100% Italian, it’s Italian with a Balkan twist. The Seafood risotto was mediocre, as was the pizza. I am sure there is better Italian food in Munich, so I will keep searching. The portion size for the price is comparable. Another one and done, I will not return.

Worst experience ever.

First of all it's not an Italian restaurant but a bad copy.

Then we waited 50 minutes for our food.
Pizza: like a frozen pizza. With a bit of tomato sauce.
Risotto: NO COMMENT. It was supposed to be RISOTTO ZAFFERANO but was with Panna, with a tomato on the top and it was everything but NOT A RISOTTO ZAFFERANO.
Meat: okish. But nothing special.

I would highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. NOT EVEN TO MY ENEMIES.

Staff who doesn't speak English, really rude, service really slow.
During our evening there I saw so many people taking off just because they waited so long either to get a menu or to order something to eat.

Not organised.

DON'T GO HERE.

Nothing to do with italian restaurant, it was like in the movie of Kusturica, the owners surely are not italians, most probably from Balkan countries, they just are using the brand of 'italian restaurant' without having an idea of what is italian cuisin. We have booked a table for 19:30, they made us to wait around 30 min untill a table became aviable, after they made us to wait till 21:25, so we decided to leave but they didn't allow us, and only after the complains we got our order, which was not good, as expected. The other choking moment we fixed, was the grilled vegetables, which were not fresh, and were exposed in the dirty vitrine in the bar hall, and the barman was putting all with his fingers without any gloves. Not recommended, bad food, bad attitude, no worth for those prices.

As an Italian I can say that this is not an Italian restaurant at all. We waited almost one hour for our food that was awful. People were constantly leaving because the waiter wasn't even bringing them the menu. Only one waitress seemed to care and was trying to take care of everything but her colleagues were rude and careless. Definitely not going there ever again!

Unfortunately, it was a big fail on service at this place. First, we had to get up from our table to find the waiter so we could place the order. Then, after 20 minutes, they came back to tell us they did not have the fish we ordered. Ok. But then they told us that the only seafood they had left on their menu was the salmon out of a list of about 8 different items! Then, after a very long wait, they brought out the non fish dishes. After waiting about 15 minutes for the rest of us to get out salmon, we got up to track down the water. It turned out that they had forgotten our order and then had to cook the salmon. Meanwhile, two separate couple at the table next to us came in, ate, paid, and left before we finally got our salmon. So, I would not go here again.

Frozen pizza bases. Frozen veg in a veg stock sold as ‘minestrone soup’. Waiter who reeked of cigarette smoke. Only good points were the relative value for money of the pricing and some decent chianti wine

So today we decided to eat her at that "Italian" restaurant. We ordered three pizza and two big salads. First came salads, that weren't big at all, and were dressed only with vinegar, to much vinegar, so you didnt taste the salad, beacuse it was to sour. And they came on plates, it felt like they run out of bowls (they didn't). When we were eating we looked at cook how was he preparing pasta. It was gross beacuse he was doing all things with naked hands, and whole time we were siting he didn't wash it even once and he wasn't touching only food. Then we received our pizza. They were really small and not warm anymore. And prices were too high for that all, we payed 15€ per pizza who wasn't worth even 5€. And one salad was 5€, to much for quantity. The restaurant wasn't even Italian, it was more balkan like were probably staff.
So it was gross and definitely I advise against visit this restaurant.
