A great location in the center of Munich. The place wasn't very busy for a Saturday, but that is probably due to the COVID-19 pandemic and January being a quiet month. The food is always tasty and the restaurant is very clean and tidy. I don't visit very often, as I am trying to limit the amount of fast food that I eat

Basically, I visit fast food restaurants only when they offer great deals (i.e., vouchers, promotions, etc). Today I picked the voucher number 48 which cost me 16,99€. This includes everything you see on the picture below and enough for 2 adults. The beverages for two person cost 3€ extra.

In total this kfc is good but its pity they dont have free charge for drink after payment for drink (one glass of drink 2.99 euro ????) like rest of kfc and also the meal was too salty.

It was fairly busy but managed to get a table near the front. We were able to order in English which is a plus. The food is similar to other chains.
They had plates and serviettes available as well as cutlery near the counter. The toilets require a pin on the receipt to work. It was quite clean.

This place has been going downhill over the years. They keep running out of items on the menu and even double charged. No effort mind you to help sort it out and make good. We try not to go here anymore. They are completely understaffed since quite a long time, doesn't seem to bother the management though. Unfortunately it is showing at levels in this particular restaurant.
It's also no good for late night food as they close early enough most nights. Neighbouring fast food restaurants stay open significantly later each night.

I would say the location is just amazing and is less crowded with the people. Lots of shops around KFC.

Food is good but the ambiance is not good. The inside of the restaurant is ice cold and they do not have any heating system. I do not know whether they have done it intentionally so that people can not hangout for long and have to leave early. If you are craving for chicken fries, I would suggest go, eat and leave as soon as you can. If you plan to hangout and gossip with your friends, avoid it specially in Winter.
