Visited Thomas Sport Center with Qualitrain.

I don't pay membership here, so I can't tell you the value for money.

The place is tidy and well kept, with relatively old machines.

Staff super friendly, and the place is not too full. It looks like you get a more local/personal service here.

Hair dryers naff and no sink near the mirrors. Not so impressed with the toilets and the sauna is OK.

Great gym, clean and well equipped but I wish their trainer during class (body pump) wouldn't have asked us million times to smile, be sexy, girls in the front and on top of this he was constantly shaking his hip. So very inappropriate and humiliating. I don't smile on prompt really, I was there to work out and be strong. This class is not a clown dance lesson, also I find it offensive all the sexist things he said so despite the gym itself being great, I will be avoiding it in the future. Also he didn't introduce himself, he never asked if people were new in the class and he didn't explain any of the exercises. Really sad, low quality class.

Gym is good and staff is friendly. But admin facility is very poor. Can you imagine a gym which cannot issue a simple copy of receipt, if required? Unimaginable!
This means some of the terms may not be put across very clearly to customers.

I joined gym and was asked to deposit 20 euros for the band for doing checkin. I don't remember getting any receipt. When I went to get my deposit back, I was told to bring receipt. In such a highly digitised world, it's strange for me that I have to keep a hard copy.

I asked staff to issue a duplicate receipt. They kind of tried but seems like there is no such basic option in their software to issue a duplicate reciept. This means their admin and paper management can be messy.

Would recommend new members to be extra cautious joining about terms and conditions.

Many different machines. I still like the older equipment as it still works fine and sometimes the sound of clanging metal reminds a hardcore work out :)) Although, new equipment is also available for every group of muscles. In general feels comfortable. Parking is available too.

Great gym in munich! They offer variety of passes that can fit anyone visiting munich, with great prices too.
Centrally located near an Ubahn station...i highly recommend!

I have never felt so welcome at a gym before. And this is coming from somebody who has gone to the gym her entire life. Wonderful experience.
