Nachtkantine just re-opened probably under a new management on 11th July 2021 and they couldn't have been less prepared. Poor selection of overpriced drinks, no food whatsoever was offered, horrible service. They didn't even bother to check if the sound system inside was working where they were going to show the Euro Cup final. Turns out: no sound!

When it comes to salsa, great experience.
Salsa music was just great, a lot of dancers .. great dancing atmosphere.
The only problem was the service.I've asked for a menu and the barman said that they don't have a menu.
He wanted 5.5 euros for a small bottle of water, but earlier ,I've paid 4 euros for a weissbier.
With this exception the salsa party was very nice, many styles of music, and some entertaining animations

Was there from 7 to 10 pm for a Russian quiz game. Too hot in July. Food selection small and less than satisfying. Greek burger was pedestrian at best, 10 euros, no appetite in the heat. Staff way overworked. Damn capitalism! Very big room. 50 teams or so played, I reckon; each had own table.

According to my personal opinion that's one of the worst canteens in Munich. Unfortunately, I have to visit it from time to time due to quizzes taking place there. I already used to the situations when a waiter can take an order after an hour or more after I appear there. But today's visit was really awful. The ordered dish was not only not served, but a waiter tried to insist me to pay for it at the end of the evening! Luckily, a lot of witnesses at the same table confirmed that my wife and I were not served.

Personal was quite penetrant and annoying about keep ordering drinks. Kind of killed the vibe. Music was too loud and kind of pseudo-hipster Ambiente

They offer a Mondays deal of $3/pizza with the catch of $1 more foe each topping, but it is a good deal. The drinks are a bit pricy but ok for the area. Mondays they have swing dancing, the floor is really good!

Relatively expensive, loud, etc. and the food is nothing special, but its benefit is that there are few competitive options around.
