One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent pool and fitness facilities. Nice clean rooms with great views, amazing breakfast top. A short distance away from the noise of the city but regular busses and trains that will take you there in minutes.

Preis-Leistung ist eine Katastrophe. Abkassieren wie die Großen.
Service ist noch auf Corona-Niveau, womit man noch viel kaschieren konnte. Jetzt aber nicht mehr!
Im Zimmer hat es noch nach Rauch gerochen. Ok, dafür kann das Hotel nichts direkt.
Eigentlich ein stylisches Hotel, aber an allem wird gespart und schon etwas verlebt.
Schwimmbad ist nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. Wenn man aber nach Messe und Fahrt erst um 19:30 Uhr ankommt, bleibt nur eine halbe Stunde. Nicht viel.
Die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr nett.
Das Hotel-Management sollte mal andere Hotels in der Preiskategorie besuchen, um zu sehen, was hier nicht stimmt.
Sorry, nie wieder!
Leider nur ein Stern, weil zwei Sterne schon ein OK sind, was es einfach nicht war.

In dem Hotelzimmer konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Von den Nachbarn haben wir kaum etwas gehört. Die Parkgarage direkt unter dem Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch und der Weg in die Innenstadt nicht weit. Den Zimmerschlüssel konnte man Kontaktlos über einen Türcode erhalten.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, da dieses eine Kochnische hat.
Als wir allerdings angekommen sind mussten wir feststellen, dass keine Küchenausstattung vorhanden war.

Angeblich ist dies kostenfrei während des Buchungsprozesses zu erwähnen. Einen solchen Hinweis habe ich allerdings nicht gesehen. An dem Ersten Tag konnten wir daher nichts zu Essen zubereiten.

Die Besitzerin war am Telefon sehr nett und hat uns eine Küchenausstattung für den nächsten Tag zugesagt.
Diese ist auch gekommen.

Allerdings:

Man kann hier nicht von einer Küchenausstattung reden.
Ein Mannshoher Kühlschrank sowie hochwertige Bosch Geräte lassen darauf zurück schließen, dass hier gerne gekocht werden kann. Allerdings wer braucht für einen Kurztrip einen Designer Kühlschrank mit so viel Staumöglichkeit?
Dieser hat durch seinen Kompressor ebenfalls so viel Krach gemacht, dass man in der Nacht regelmäßig davon aufwacht.

Man sollte damit rechnen, sich alle Küchenutensilien selbst zu kaufen.

Nudeln --u003e Kein Deckel für den Topf / Kein Salz / Kein Kochlöffel

Kaffee gibt es nur aus teuren Dolce Gusto Kapseln, von denen nur 2 vorhanden sind.

Nicht Mal ein Wasserkocher war vorhanden.
Mit 15€ die Nacht ist die Parkgarage zusätzlich nicht sonderlich günstig.

Von einem erneuten Besuch würden wir absehen.
