I've been here for a Training and was using both the conference rooms as well as the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and every interaction has been more than pleasant. Service was very professional and attentive. Quality of the meals served was excellent. Coffee breaks came with a wide variety of snacks, both sweet and savory. Fresh fruit was made available as well.
It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Lovely staff at reception, very clean and nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. Location is convenient if you're visiting by car because they offer free indoor parking and it's very easy to get to from the highway. However, if travelling by public transport it's relatively far away from main station and you need to switch trains on your way.

Great base if you are arriving to Munich by car. Other than that, the neighbourhood doesn't offer anything for tourists.
The hotel is great. Well-appointed rooms and super clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome, too.

Excellent and very kind service, check in and check out were super quick. It was just a weekend stay without any meals included so I can't comment on that. The most amazing thing is that I forgot my coat in the closet and I figured that out after a few days. I was convinced that I won't see it ever again, but I reached out to see if they found it and needless to say, they found it and they sent it to me.

Very good on all aspects of a 4 night stay, on site parking. Rooms with air-con, bar-restaurant very good and using a 5th floor function room with balcony- excellent.

Overall excellent value for money, our 1st time in Munich and a great choice for a motorcycle group whom like the nicer things in life.

The bar is never open! They have a fridge with a few types of beer and pre-packaged sandwiches. The rooms are great, but the service that points you across the street for a glass of wine (no they do not have wine there) is in my opinion a great let down.

The worst hotel in whole Germany!!!!!! Me and my husband were kicked out of the hotel with our stuff being taken out by hotel manager without our permission. All we wanted to ask is that the room service does not disturb us at 7 pm every day!!! I think when you put a “do not disturb” sign on the door this means DO NOT DISTURB!!!!!!

The refund was not returned!!!! Scammers and very disrespectful staff!!!! They are careless of their guests!!!!

Do not stay with them even if it’s the last hotel in Germany!!!!!
