Fantastic hotel! Rooms are clean, modern and beautifully decorated in animal theme! Bedding is high quality material and clean, mattress is firm and a twin bed has 2 pillows. They offer ajoining rooms! Staff is super friendly! The location isn't near the city center, however it is nice and quiet!!!! I like the trade-off, we were able to sleep with our window open without noise interference and the fresh night air was lovely! The location is just up the street from a few pubs and restaurants.
This hotel is environmentally friendly, and provides amazing smelling sea salt soap too with coffee and tea and a complimentary water! Great hotel!

It's a beautiful place. We got it last minute on a discount so there's nothing to complain about there. A few negatives would be the room size which is very small for a double room. The cleanliness was also so so you could tell the carpet was a bit dirty. The breakfast costs 17 euros.. I think thats a little steep but its not a must so one can easily leave it u0026 go to the cafe next door which is cheaper.The positives would be it's only 25minutes or less to the center and the bus stop is right outside. The neighbourhood is quiet u0026 there some nice restaurants around. Overall an average stay.

Very unfriendly woman in the reception, we call to ask about certain things in our booking such as breakfast in the room and services for newly married couple. She replies in an unfriendly rude manner "as if she's shocked" and leaves us on hold for 15min. We ended up booking in another great hotel!
Reception needs to learn the basic communication skills especially if you pick up the phone.

Nice modern hotel with sauna and good breakfast. Room was ok, internet connection was also fine. Location is good with nice parks, Augustiner brewery, supermarkets and public transport stops nearby.

Overall service could be improved. Our room wasn’t cleaned every day, even with the request on the door lock. We asked for compensation and nothing was offered on their side, except for 20 euro discount but we have had the same price with booking website. Hotel manager has forgotten to extend our stay and I spent an extra 30 minutes explaining the same to his colleague and getting new keys to the room. Even after we got our room cleaned upon request our bed linen hasn’t been changed. Also consider the charge of 50 euro deposit. It won’t be released immediately after the checkout.

Only one working elevator, causing a lot of waiting.
The power went out in our children's room late at night, and we had to wait for 1 1/2 hours with no information what so ever, even when we asked. The staff were inpolite and not at all serviceminded. First, we were told that the hotel was full,so a change of rooms was impossible. I asked for a flashlight, if we couldn't get a new room, but that request was also rejected. After a long wait (00.30 at night,), a change of room was possible after all. The room smelled of tobacco and the sheets were stainy.

At check out, we were offered a 10% discount after some argument.

I would not recommend this hotel.

No kitchen in the room, contrary to the description on booking, which was one of our main factors to choose this hotel. The staff said we are free to cancel our stay (on the day of our arrival!) and/or leave a bad review. I am doing the latter one now, as you can see. No refund of any kind.

I find it impossible behavior of the hotel to dismiss a problem with legionella only with a Din A4 sheet and a font size 10-12 attached next to the reception.

If I had not had to wait so long to get a check-in, neither I nor any other guest would have read the notice.
