You can get a table even if you didn't book. The waiters and waitresses are all friendly and speak English. The food was great especially their Pizza. I'd say it's the best well cooked Pizza I've had in Germany as of today.

If you come from a place where food is overcooked, you'll feel that there spaghetti is undercooked. But sincerely I had no problem eating it, it was nice.

Conrad is Awesome as is the rest of the Staff. Friendly and kind. Drinks were great food was Outstanding. If in Munich please visit.

It is always a pleasure to eat at a restaurant from the L'Osteria chain. The food waa delicious, the staff was nice. The location is very quiet and not too busy. We will visit again!

Great food and very big proportions! You will not be hungry after eating any plate here! We love the Canarino, the Proscuitto Funghi and the Salami Picante, they are very good pizzas, the risotto is very nice as well. The Aperol Maracuja is amazing, I have it everytime I’m there. We were there yesterday and it was a very busy day, but out waiter Moritz always maintained a smile and amazing service while he was very very busy, so that made our visit even better. Love this place!

I gave a one star as there is no less options. I ordered pizzas and went to pickup as told. Then I was told it's not ready and so I waited, and waited. After almost 1 hour two cold pizzaa was brought up! For all the time, i had been wasting my life waiting for my pizzas getting cold!

This place is very nice except from a waitress called Ceci. The worst service you will have in your life. I don’t understand how such a nice place can’t take care of the staff they hire. She was treating us so badly that I felt uncomfortable to ask anything. Sad.

Very rude staff , wanted to have order to go but nobody seemed available to care
And funny guys at the bar !!!
Btw I was in lucern branch and rated them 5 stars
You may wanna keep quality management everywhere
