Extremely well behaved staff and great room tariffs too. Location is the best, close to the bus station as well as tram station. They keep your luggage as well if you have to go out after checking out but want to come back and collect it. For me, the super friendly and helpful staff behavior made the difference though.

Very good hotel for a low price. They let us into the room before the official check in time. Clean every day, friendly, clean and nice rooms/toilets, good buffet breakfast for 13,5 eur.

Really good price. Great hotel. Would have been nicer closer to the city center but then you pay double the price. Great value for money. Well connected

I stayed in Munich Schwabing hotel between for 2 nights (25/26 August 2022).

The room was nice and everything was ok and I was very happy with the service on checkout.

I called the day after with regards to a pair of shoes I forgot at the hotel room, and called again the following day.

The operator confirmed that a pair of shoes had been found at my room (she asked for my booking details etc, and described the colour, size and brand, and they matched with the shoes I forgot) and advised me to pick them up.

The following day I went to pick up the shoes as I had to catch a flight later that day. When I arrived at the reception I was greeted by Hamas.

After being asked to wait for almost half an hour despite I stressed that I had a flight to catch the receptionist looked for the shoes, and after 15 minutes of looking he advised that the shoes were not found. After I stressed that they had confirmed from their end that the shoes were at their end as it had been confirmed by the operator, he said that there was nothing he can do and I had to leave to get ready for the flight.

Therefore, the shoes were either
- Misplaced by an employee and lost within a span of a few hours
- Stolen
- Put somewhere where the receptionist couldn't find it

I subsequently cancelled all reservations to Premier Inn uk which I had booked.

The hotel is close to Bus halte and Tram stop. Very recommended. Although it's quite far from München Hauptbahnhof but the transport line is good. Different with other Premier Inn hotel that I visited, the reception is on the 6th floor. Outside the hotel there's Aldi Süd where we can buy groceries. We had a great time.

IWe were in Miunich for 3 days and I thought i will give it a try because i know what am getting. Its was Good Premier Inn Very Clean and Tidy, Breakfast was Superb I can't Recommend it enough

I just love the hotel . Definitely 5 stars *****
All the staff is very nice and helpful. Very clean hotel . That’s the second time I spend a very enjoyable week there with my son. Everyone is very friendly and supportive at this hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. I work at the hotel in New York City myself so I know what is good customer service!
And I can just say perfect customer service at premier inn in Schwabing ! I definitely come back ! Great job guys !
