Unethical liars. My mother and I booked a rental from August 5 - August 30 for 2441 EUR, sadly my mother suddenly passed away on August 8 and I had to return to my country on August 9. I dropped off the car at the airport on August 9 and was informed that the company understands what happened and will fully refund the remaining days of the rental. It is now August 30, I have received no refund or update and have contacted the customer service team by email and they are informing me there will be no refund. Very shocked especially that I am a valued Sixt customer and have rented 3 cars from them this summer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unethical and have lied to us.
