Not impressed, had better stays at same brand hotels in smaller cities. The only pro is that the rooms were cleaned daily. Otherwise, bathroom was small, shower door and soap dispenser could have been installed better, and TV remote was impossible to figure out.
Mediocre breakfast, too many cold cuts and only one type of meat, when available...

I booked a room and was charged an extra 50€ EXTRA per night as a "guarantee", for an extra charge of 150€ for the length of our stay.
Up until now, that amount was never returned - and when I called the accounting team, I was told they were not available.
So you are telling me that... It is 4pm and no one can take the call and assist?
This cannot be a 4-star hotel.

Very good location. The public transportation are directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are large and quite, very good noise cancellation.
The fitness room is really nice and we were lucky to have a room at the 7th floor with a nice view. Also pricewise I find it fair.

The building is big and old. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Needs facelift. Maybe not really worth the money spent. Wi-fi is not free unless you sign-up for Marriott app.

feel like stepping back into 90s ..guestroom felt old and brown..dark wood fittings..chunky furniture.. strange layout ..oh and no little bluetooth stereo in Sheraton ?

Got an upgrade cos Gold Elite. however, i had to ask for it otherwise. Worse was to have a room with connecting door, which you could hear everything from your neighbour having 'special activity' in the morning . Thank god it only lasted 5 mins !!!
So, didn't really feel like upgrade at all.

Apart from that, nice location ..super close to U-bahn and S-bahn.

will come back whenever you have rooms renovated.

We stayed in this hotel for business purposes for a week and our stay has been great. The front staff of this place are a great credit to themselves, they are so very helpful and always willing to assist us in any way. The bedrooms are nice, spacious, with a proper working desk and nice views. I went to the gym just once but was very impressed with it, with water, towels, and headphones on offer. The restaurant was fantastic... you can tell that the chef there has a real passion for food, we were never ever disappointed with our meals and we ate there more often then not!! I am going to miss the food there. Taking the u or s bahn was easy as it is right on the hotels doorstep. Thanks very much to everyone who made our stay great! ????????
