Not customer friendly hotel. Not flexible and stubborn approach.
We made the mistake during reservation with dates. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t want to help and refused to make changes even when they had free rooms during one night we needed. As the result, they charged 200euro for nothing.

The hotel itself is OK, the room is clean enough, the breakfast is also OK, nothing special, but OK. But it's totally inappropriate what happened with my checkout. I've stayed with 2 small kids, pre-payed the room, but decided to have breakfest with kids. During checking out the reciptionist told me the sum 400+ euro, that was strange since I've stayed there for 2 nights only... I said that it's impossible, asked for explanation, receptionist said that he is sorry and definitely it's a mistake. My 1 year old started to cry and I payed for the breakfest with credit card, and hurried up to the exit not to bother everyone with my kids. In couple of hours I checked my bank account and what a surprise - the hotel actually took 400+ euro from it! That's totally unacceptable, I needed that money to get home and now I have to deal with all that problems being ona weekend far from home. Do NOT recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and appealing interior. Had a bit the feel of a hotel for weekly blue color commuters.
