EDIT: 2years after review i finally got replay to review, still no reply to complain email. Review will stay as warning to others.
Worst official Volkswagen service that I ever had to visit. In august this year i was on business trip in Germany with my private car Golf 7 2014 130k km, and car gave me a warning light that there was a problem with cooling liquid, after calling service number they towed car in this workshop.
Car was with them 3 days and no one called me to say anything about what is happening, I had to call them repeatedly for any information about what is happening. First info that I got from them was that repair and work could go to 1000 Euro in worst case scenario, that was after 3 days waiting.
Then after one more week, they called me and say that head of cylinder was damaged and that repair would cost 6700 euro???? And they charge me 1000 euro for "diagnostic".
At that time I towed car to my country and official workshop found right problem, water pump stop working and total repair was 2000 euro with all costs.
Not recommending this workshop at all, avoid in big circle if you don't want to be scammed and overcharged for service that is not even recived.
