i have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by medical professionals as i was by Dr. Neumann of this clinic. i was sent to him with results of a neurological exam, in which the neurologist essentially (in 3 or 4 paragraphs) said, "my measurements cannot explain the symptoms, and I recommend further examination via MRI." Without bothering to read more than a couple lines of the report, Dr. Neumann told me that "solely from your appearance, I can tell that you do not have a neurological problem," and went on to say that i require neither a neurologist nor himself, but should visit a psychologist instead. He was thoroughly sarcastic, argumentative, and unhelpful.

Ganz kurze Wartezeiten mit Termin, das ist für den zweiten Stern.

Dies soll eine Durchgangsarzt Praxis sein. Nach einem Arbeitsunfall mit Körperverletzung werde ich hier innerhalb weniger Minuten "abgespeist". Keine großen Nachfragen, noch nicht mal eine Abtastung meiner HWS. Empathie Fehlanzeige.
Frau Dr Reininger erklärt nur, dass die Strahlenbelastung durch Röntgen oder MRT wohl zu groß wäre. Das haben auch schon andere Patienten berichtet.
Nie wieder zu dieser "Dame"!

Habe bereits bei der Praxis in der Guardinistr. meine große Zufriedenheit über das ganze Team geäussert.
Bei mir stand wegen einer LWS-Spinalstenose eine OP in der SchönKlinik an.
Da dort die Wartezeit 8 Wochen betrug und meine Schmerzen immer schlimmer wurden,
hat Herr Dr.Kponton für mich einen Termin bei Prof.Dr. Scherer( Spezialist für Wirbelsäulen-OP's)
in der Praxis an der Fürstenrieder Str. ausgemacht. Dafür meinen herzlichen Dank !

Herr Prof.Dr. Scherer hat mir einen schnellen Termin in der ArabellaKlinik anbieten können zur OP. Das Gespräch mit ihm war informativ, er hat genau erklärt was gemacht und der Eingriff minimalinvasiv sein wird.
Ein Chirurg mit sehr viel Berufserfahrung und OP's, dem man sofort Vertrauen entgegen bringt.
Was bei einer Wirbelsäulen OP von großem Vorteil ist.
Die OP verlief erfolgreich, ich hatte sofort nach der OP meine Beine voll gespürt und alle Beschwerden waren weg.
Mit der Klinik, 2 Tage und Nächte Aufenthalt, war ich auch sehr zufrieden. Herr Prof.Dr. Scherer hat jeden Morgen und Abend vorbei geschaut und geprüft, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Meine Lebensqualität kommt zurück und ich kann jeden Tag mehr machen.
Genau das wünscht man sich vor so einem Eingriff.
