Very good food at a very reasonable price. Sub-10 euro for a meal that is very reasonable in terms of quantity and very tasty. If you don't want to eat in the small area, this restaurant is very closely located to the patent office where you can walk with some (non-soup) takeout and enjoy some nice outside seating.

Located near the Deutsches Museum in Munich, the shop is a great stop walking through the city. Though it is rather small, the food is just awesome. Real authentic Japanese dishes. The menu is well thought through and focused on a delicious selection. The prices are more than fair. The portions are large but still manageable without feeling like a stuffed turkey. I can fully recommend it and will gladly go back when being in Munich the next time.

You will only appreciate things when they are gone ????
I was rarely eating Ramen in Japan, and now, in search of an authentic japanese-taste. I have been to 2 Japanese restaurants. I ordered my favorite Tonkotsu.
The first one, chashu is not even a real chashu. The soup is a bit bland.
But this second one, Nudelhaus Sano, the reason I am posting is, this is the closest to the real Tonkotsu. Chashu is Chashu. Soup tasted like tonkotsu soup. ????
Gyoza, almost. Wrapper is quite different and how it is fried. Japanese Gyoza is a combination of soft and crisp.
Really nice feeling of eating them on winter.

Very very small, has like a bar and 2 couples tables, so have it in mind. The gyoza and the muddles are good though. BUT you have to pay extra if you want egg in your nuddles(which I’ve always considered and HAD as a packaged deal) and it’s not even marinated, so not worth it. Also the extra tofu was sweet like a desert so also not worth it

I am very glad that this place has survived the pandemic. We are in need of some good ramen places in Munich.
In the Photos you can see the „spicy shrimp“ (plus marinated egg) ramen und gyoza appetizer for 14€.
Both was enough to fill a grown mans stomach and had a satisfactory taste. Also the Service was very warm and welcoming. Will definitely eat there again.

Not really authentic Japanese food. The Don had kimchi in it and the karage had this hot sauce applied over it. Seems like a fusion. The ramen also used the wrong noodles, Chinese use for their meals. But overall quite affordable for a meal

Went here twice and I will surely keep on coming back! Their ramen and rice bowls taste authentic and it was really good! The price was very reasonable and you'll get a a good portion too. If you are wanting to treat yourself for some Japanese food, I recommend you coming here.
