Good location but it’s missing cleaning service, no bed sheets and no clean bath towels during the 5 day stay. Most of the appliances don’t work properly. Found some bugs and ants in the bed. It’s important to improve the cleanliness. No wifi, not even a city map for the guests. Very poor communication in general.

We were expecting to find a clean and nice apartment as it looked in the pictures but what we found was a very dirty and unpleasant place to stay. Bed sheets, towels with stains, the apartment looked dirty with a lot of tiny ants everywhere! It's old but as long as it's clean we don't mind, this apartment wasn't clean at all. Thank God we just stay there for a night!! We didn't read the reviews, our mistake.. something positive? The location and the girl in charge was very nice.

Really well placed, quiet bedsit rooms just south of the Isartor. The rooms are clean and our bed was comfortable. Furniture is old but decent with a table and chairs for 2. There is only one bedside table/light but hardly a major problem. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, 2 ring electric hob and microwave but no kettle. There are a couple of pans/utensils, crockery and cutlery and a Tassimo coffee machine (No capsules). The shower is excellent but the curtain was mould stained. There are several electric sockets around the room.
We struggled a little with the door locks (It's an acquired art and we needed 5 attempts to acquire it!) But found the building supervisors really helpful. We would definitely use the appartments again as a base for central Munich.

My family and I (myself, my wife, our 10-month old son, and my parents) recently stayed at the Isartor Apartments in Munich as part of a long vacation through central Europe, and this was by far the worst lodging offering we experienced, and the problems started from the moment we walked in the door.

My wife had contacted management prior to our arrival to confirm a crib for our son, to which management agreed. However, upon our arrival, no crib was in the apartment. Luckily, someone answered the after-hours phone (though this was definitely the exception, and not the rule), and provided a crib....the crib however, turned out to be dirty, along with the rest of the apartment. After a short time of my son crawling around to get some wiggles out (we had been traveling most of the day), we prepared him for a bath, and we came to find that the apartment floors were filthy. To paint a visual, the tops of my son's feet looked as black as a coal miner's face after a day on the job. We later noticed that there was a disgusting amount of hair and dust under the beds, paint was peeling off of the walls, and there was still trash left in the apartment from the previous visitors (the manager claimed that the cleaning crew "missed the trash", though I doubt a cleaning crew even exists). The shower is tiny, doors were broken, problems galore.

As if this wasn't bad enough, one of the beds literally fell apart as we were unpacking, and over the course of the first night, the only toilet in the apartment stopped working. I tried calling the after-hours phone again, but no one answered. Never. I called multiple times, and never got a hold of anyone. The toilet also stopped working on our third night in the apartment, and again, no one answered the after-hours phone (good thing they actually have one, it seems to solve a lot of problems). Despite being advertised as offering wireless internet, the only connectivity available was the one corner in the kitchen, and even this was paltry. Things got to be so bad, that my wife and I were embarrassed that we had brought my parents to this apartment, and after the first night, seriously considered moving to another location.

The only redeeming quality of this lodging facility is its location; it is located centrally to the river, and is a short walk from the Isartor and Victuals Market, but the appeal stops here. Save your money, and take your business elsewhere. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room quiet u0026 large, bathroom large not brand new, "kitchen" poor, wifi the worst - practicaly no wifi. Advice: have a glass with you - dishes are scarse. Very good only for sleeping.

I was at the top floor but it was better than I expected. Has a small kitchen so can cook if you want. The view from my room was great. The only concern is the office hours.

With 250euro a night for 5, didnt know whether it's you get what you pay for in Munich?
