The place is shady. I was there on the first day after reopening. People including the bartender smoked inside. They even got an ashtray because the owner allowed it. At the end we got our "bill" as a number on a mobile phone. They just don't print the normal one.

Das Servicepersonal ist wirklich freundlich und sympathisch.
Zum Essen:
Die Preise sind ambitioniert (Saibling auf Risotto etwa 25 €), da sind die Erwartungen natürlich ähnlich.
Amuse Gueule: super lecker, aber das war es dann auch schon.

Die Vorspeise (Lachs im Rohzustand) war ok aber nicht spektakulär. Der Hauptgang mit dem Saibling war leider vollkommen geschmacksneutral und matschig, keinerlei Struktur. Ich habe das erwähnt und ihn zurückgehen lassen. Daraufhin gab es keinerlei Kommentar aus der Küche, und das Gericht wurde auch voll berechnet. Da ist es es dann auch egal daß das bestellte Brot auch nicht kam.

Wir haben diesen wirklich dürftigen Zustand bei der Bezahlung bemängelt, aber außer "tut uns leid, hat wohl bei uns ein Kommunikationsproblem gegeben" kam nichts, natürlich auch nicht die Erstattung des nicht konsumierten Gerichtes.

Alles in Allem NULL Komma NULL Wiederholungsgefahr. Schade, hatte mich auf die Renaissance gefreut, die absolut nichts bietet.
