Lovely restaurant with authentic Vietnamese food! It was so great to enjoy the beef Pho during a cold night in Munich. The prices are reasonable and portions are good. Highly recommend.

Atmosphere is cozy and service is nice. The food was a bit disappointing: I had a red curry, but the vegetables were still raw and hard. Prices are quit elevated in comparison to quality

Great options for vegetarians as well which is rare in a south-asian restaurant. It is small and cozy place run by a husband-wife. It is almost full most of the time. Make a reservation in advance.

Passed by Munich and discovered this restaurant by chance. The food was so delicious and authentic that I decided to return the next day. Highly recommend this one. Tip top.

* NO 3G RULES *

I am no Vietnamese cuisine expert and the food did not amaze me but I’d generously grant the restaurant 3 ⭐️ for the combination of an ok-ish meal and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Normally, that would be enough for me to give Nam Giao 31 another go despite the not so great quality- price ratio. However I can only give ZERO ⭐️ for ignoring the 3G rules (nobody checked our certificates). Reason enough to stay away at least until the weather is warm enough to enjoy the patio (there are a couple of heaters too outside, which is a good thing).

Amazing food that warms the heart and very kind staff! The restaurant is super busy on this Friday evening and I understand why! Plus excellent vegetarian choices.
