A stone arched Bridge with 4 aquatic stone statues at the both sides from each entrance. This bridge built over ISAR river and named after Prince Luitpold von Bayern. It lead to the Angel of peace with amazing view of the River.

The Luitpold Bridge is a stone arched bridge that spans the River Isar. Named for the Bavarian Prince Regent Luitpold, it's a bridge that leads to the Friedensengel monument. There's aquatic themed statues at either entrance of the bridge, but are sadly, badly faded.

On a nice summers day, the bridge provides fantastics views of the river as well as the Angel of Peace.

The walkway under the eastern riverbank foundation of the bridge is a great street art graffiti spot: There are approximately two dozen wall segments with a wide range of different styles depicting interesting motifs. Always worth a quick detour when in the vicinity on the bike to see if there's a new one.

Perhaps a little better in summer? Huge piles of raked up leaves and rubbish letting the area down at the moment
