I like fit star fitness studio, I have never subscribed to any other gym in Munich to compare but actually value to money is very good from my opinion, the place is always sparkling clean and it is 24/7 plus the very Good equipment they have so what else is needed.

Very good commercial gym.
Easy to join, clean, staff is very nice and equipment is well maintained.

Was on Saturday there i don't know why the people saying this gym is bad but its exactly like the others and the trainers are really nice maybe i didn't met all trainers but the two on Saturday were so chill! :)

The equipment is fine and it’s not too busy early in the morning. But their staff think it’s funny to play ‘I Am A Giant’ by Calvin Harris and Rag ‘n’ Bone Man on repeat in the morning. Every morning. For the last two weeks.

Edit: upgraded this from 1 star to 3 stars because I’ve been coming here for two years now so it can’t be that bad. However, they went through a period of having Dua Lipa “Love Again” on repeat similar to my earlier complaint.

Hallo Public, please do not believe on the fake promisses of central administrative team. And find a way to claim your free months for which you have already paid during gym closed period because of Covid.

During the closed season of Gym I have still paid for 6 -7 months. Therefore I have cancelled my contrat, because i do not want to waste my money. By the time I cancell, the administrative team informed me that i will get free months for the 6/7 months for which the gym was closed. But they never offere that.
Even after remindering 4-5 times, my request ticket numbers were closed without any further reactions..

Not happy at all. I have a change over membership from another gym to this one. That means I will only start paying in Feb 2020, when the other contract ends.. from the start of this contract I've had issues with the finance department. I started in the middle of Sep. But then I receive a letter saying that I missed paying. I've spoken to almost every employee and they all give another story. After all my fighting and them assuring me that I will not be debited until Feb. I was debited in Oct. I thought I come from a "first" third world country with poor service. But this service is pathetic. All I've had was a sorry it was a mistake. That pisses me off, because I've warned them in advance. And they still took my money.

Dear viewers, really stay clear of this gym and especially the Neuperlach studio. The staff here is really rude and arrogant when you ask questions especially if you are a non-German.

They tell you completely different story when you are about to join them and deny everything they said to you afterwards. They are just not used to professionalism so dnt be surprised if the staff treats you bad one day.

So think thrice before joining this studio. It is just a pure waste of your money and time to be honest. There is are much better alternatives in Munich like McFit, Clever Fit etc which cost only the same but offer you a much more professional and respectful behaviour.

Just read the other recent reviews here and people mentions about similar experiences. So think we'll before you decide to go for this one.
