The room I had was pretty old and had a weird smell. I also saw cockroaches and silver fishes on my first night,which continued throughout the one month I stayed there.Also the walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything that goes on in the next room.
The room fixtures were flimsy as well. Not at all worth the price.
I didn't have any other issues with the stay or people as such but I'm glad I moved out and didn't have to extend my stay there.
Location is good and there is a supermarket right next door. The u Bahn is also fairly close.

Amazing location 3 minutes walking from Gern station (the easiest and close to center). Interior very nice, staff very friendly and two steps away from convenient store for ANYTHING you need.
Apps recommended by the staff which you ll need: Lieferando (food delivery for after midnight cravings) u0026 MVG for public transport planning.
Much much better option compared to low cost chain hotels in central Munich.
Recommended (date of visit: July 2022).

Good experience in general. The location is very good. Room service once a week is fine. The wifi connection was poor though and 2-3 cockroach... but it was fine

Here is my full review on this hotel: We are a family of 3 who comes from Berlin, whom decided to spend a short vacation in Munich. And Munich wanted to reward us by having our baby girl delivered here instead of Berlin.
And as a special care from the hospital, we needed to prolong our stay for a couple of weeks. So I have booked a 1 month stay , then after less than 24 hrs we were told that we can actually be discharged and continue treatment in Berlin. So, all my husband did is panic and cancel the 1 month stay.
To my surprise, its non refundable but we were hoping that they would consider our situation and refund us as the whole booking and cancellation were less than 24 hrs, we have also proposed to share hospital notes if needed, as the amonut we wished to be refunded was quiet a fortune on us and a burden with a new born baby now.

However, all we received was NO REFUND because of policy!

Seriously? How inhumane could they be?!! And even the tone used in response was very aggressive!

On and off I’ve stayed in this hotel for like 3-4 months and paid thousands of euros. Overall the treatment couldn’t be worse, even if they tried. I booked a room that, as advertised on their website, accommodates 5 people; which was pretty convenient because we were 4 people. On the first night in this room I got an email saying I had to pay an extra 50 euros a night because we had an extra 2 people. (By extra they meant that the room could only accommodate 2 people). I should say I explicitly told them that we were 4 people before check in. When I went down to inquire about this, the Manager said it’s free if the other 2 people are children, even though that’s not what the advertisement said. The advertisement says 5 guests; no other details. When I tried to tell the Manager about this, she was definitely one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to. She said I can pay up or leave. I’d expect some understanding seeing that I’ve been here for such a long time. I eventually gave in and paid the extra money. The next day I went down and asked for extra towels cause there were only 2 sets of towels; they said that was an extra 15 euros per set of towels - even though I paid an extra 50 euros a night for the other 2 guests. I tried to extend for 2 days and then we were told we weren’t allowed to extend because of the way we treated the manager. Now I didn’t treat the manager nicely, but that was only because her reaction to my issue was so condescending, hostile, and rude. Never again.
PS: I see the owner responded to my review saying they contacted me and cleared everything up. This is not true at all! I haven’t been contacted at all! This shows unprofessionalism and manipulation. What a scam!

Until today I was ready to put 4 stars out of five. But now just one, because the experience is just terrible (my hotel is am Olympiapark). The situation is the following:
I came to the reception asking for room prolongation. At that moment I wasn't sure when I might leave, but I understood that I might need earlier termination. So I doublechecked at the reception whether there would be any fines in case I pay for one month but might need to leave earlier. The answer was that there will NOT be any fines.
So I paid for the month, having an understanding that everything is OK and whenever I need I can check out w/o losing money. But today, when I went to the reception and said that I need to check out this Friday, it appeared to be that I can NOT cancel the reservation now w/o losing money because I needed to warn 14 days in advance, prior to the desired check-out date...
I absolutely disagree, that it's my fault, as I came in advance (by the way 14 days in advance and warned), asked about possible fines, received the info that there won't be any fines and trusted the information I received.
But now they say it was my fault and that their policies can't be challenged. Unfortunately, the arguments I provide don't work. Just contacted their central office, hoping that the solution can be found. Maybe I'm stupid and don't understand something. I've never experienced anything like this before...

Additional information, following the response from the hotel's manager. Thank you for responding to that comment! But the reality is different. That very question was discussed in English and not in German. So very nice of you to tell me once again that it was my fault and you guys did your job perfectly well. Though yesterday you admitted that there was misunderstanding from your side as well. Lesson learned. Future guests, make sure to fix in writing the information you get from people at the reception, otherwise you are in trouble... they just don't care.

Adding to my review - I was so frustrated with my experience that didn't recommend this place to 3 of my friends already and I will keep on doing so to prove the "unhappy customer" rule. Good news - they decided not to stay here and preferred other hotels )

❌❌❌They are so greedy with the worst cancellation policy ever

Hotel management is inhumane and so aggressive.
My friend cancelled the reservation within 12 hours and they refused to refund him the 1500 Euros!!!

I would give them Zero stars if I could.

Not recommend at all. ❌❌❌❌
