The hotel is really clean, but a little outdated. You do get 2 free beers and 2 bottled waters which is a good thing. There is free parking. Now the breakfast is really not that great. Staying one night here wouldn't be that bad, but wouldn't stay longer.

Lived here for 2 months (when prices were around 1100 euros per month) I was thrilled with everything. Kind staff, great rooms, great location, great service, felt like at home literally. My recommendation.

Had a good experience in the hotel, which is confy and well located. Also liked the staff which I talked a lot while I was there and they always tried to help me.
I'm just giving 3 stars because they allow for the registration of residence, and so I did that, although when I left the hotel I was told any letters I receive would be kept for 2 weeks. After coming back 1 week and a half later, to ask for my letters, they told me I should have requested for them to keep. Which was a great miscommunication from the staff and made me a lot of problems, since I lost some important letters.

the friendly staff and friendly hotel
we had resided in this hotel for 1 month. Everything were so good, the temperature, usability of the room, kitchen, balcony etc. Only the cleaning was a problem, it was taken 50€ more during check-in but the cleaning rule told at check in was one time in two weeks.

the worst behavior I had at reception. regardless of the fact that they did not speak to me since I entered I stood aside and waited until I had their attention. the staff is rude and especially very young with no experience for such a position that would be more appropriate to the tone of speech and not talk to our friend in the morning cafe. finally I did not book any room 100 meters below I found another hotel with very good knowledge and speech in English friendly and clean environment.

Very professional and friendly staff. Also the kitchenette in the rooms are extremely functional. Stayed for a month here, the value for price provided alongside the hotel’s location were perfect

In all my stays over 2 weeks in Germany, I have to say I had the best experience here. The rooms are not very big, but its more than enough for a couple to stay comfortably.
There is a small kitchenette which is sufficient for 2 people, though not for any extravagant menu. Its got a small table to eat and a larger one for 2 to eat. They also have a vertical fan for warm days in the summer. I hope they fix air conditioning soon as summers are getting really warm.
The rooms are cleaned twice every week, and the house keeping does a fine job of it. Would certainly recommend them for the price point.
