Company seems to steal money from clients:
1. I placed an Order
2. Got a call from the restaurant 5 mns later that the lieferando system was down and they couldnt deliver the order
3. The restaurant asked me to cancel the order with lieferando as this was the only option (?)
4. I had to write an email to lieferando to refund me my 38 euros - there is no „cancel order“ button or a similar functionality on their app
5. Two months later I still haven’t got my money back
I payed and didn’t receive any food

Update: two months later - money was reimbursed, still 2 stars for the incredibly painful process.
