This is a quiet hotel, not too far from the downtown (20 minutes walking). There is a bus stop (towards the center) near the hotel. The train station is 15 minutes walking. Well communicated.
Not too many restaurants or shops around.
The room was clean and warm (winter time), but maybe a bit too small. The bed was too close to the wall from one side, so this is a bit annoying for a couple.
Staff was very nice and kind.
The reception is closed during the night, so contact them in advance for the check in/out if you expect to arrive later than 10pm and/or leave before 6 am.

Worst hotel I stayed at in Germany so far. Male receptionist was screaming at a guest yesterday, accusing the guest of being wrong on some matter that I didn't catch - still, even if the guest was wrong, you NEVER scream at guests! Rooms quite small, which is not an issue in itself, but very poorly maintained (moldy bathroom ceiling, old furniture etc.). Will not be coming back to this particular hotel any time soon!

Stayed here for 2 nights, it’s located a bit inside on the road so takes sometime to find.
Has good tram connections and can travel without any issues. Hotel has functional rooms and nice breakfast if needed.

This is a small hotel in the center of Munich. It has a great restaurant with a reasonable offering for breakfast, with a pot of coffee served at your table. The rest of the hotel is dated. The corridors smell of smoke, the rooms have dated furniture and carpets, although the beds and heating are sufficiently comfortable. The bathrooms are excellent, and appear more modern than the rest of the hotel. The building is strangely dark at night after the reception desk closes (around 11pm I think). Late check-ins are done through a secure keybox near the main door.

Normally I would not have to put a star in this hotel! The elevator accommodates one person with two suitcases, the rooms have to be renovated for 50 years or less, they do not have a minibar ,a safe or a coffee table to touch the suitcase. All the furniture is worn out and most importantly the first night I was eaten by the hairy body parts where I was not wearing clothes !!!! The morning I woke up the bed was full of blood,,!!!!!! It is understood that in the evening there was no one to inform reception as it closes 10 am half. In the morning I asked for a room chance because they were meant to change only the mattress. The new room was worse than the first, fortunately it had no puppies. The next three days did not concern themselves at all without saying an apology when I complained to them once again they just told me that they would ask to have me free on the first day of my stay the morning I want to pay I took away price first days breakfast..... I wish a good stay to anyone who chooses it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
