Das Training ist abwechslungsreich und intensiv. Es lohnt sich devinitiv dort anzufangen, selbst wenn man nicht nur Boxen möchte, sondern z. B. einfach nur fit bleiben will.

Auch das Kindertraining, ist super besucht und macht viel spaß. Die Kids werden dort von ein paar Amateuren trainiert und können ebenfalls sehr viel lernen.

Als ü30er der sich sportlich fit halten will und starres Gewichte heben nicht erfüllt, ist das abwechslungsreiche Boxtraining genau das was ich suchte für mehr Ausdauer, Kraft und Koordination. Das Training ist so gestaltet, das jeder mit seinem individuellen Fitnesslevel an seine Grenzen gebraucht wird und somit sich schnelle sichtbare und spürbare Erfolge einstellen. Auch Geräte, Hanteln und Cardiogeräte sind zu genüge vorhanden.
Auch super sind die Angeboten 6-7 Trainingstage, so findet sich immer eine passende Trainingszeit. Ich persönlich bevorzuge die Einheiten am Wochenende.
Besonders gut gefällt mir die klassische Boxgym Atmosphäre und die Verbundenheit der Mitglieder und der Trainer. Ein toller Ort, weiter so!

Das Training ist schweißtreibend und bei Bedarf gehe ich anschließend noch an die Fitnessgeräte und in die Sauna. Bei der Kampfmannschaft bin ich nicht, da ich Boxen nur zum Ausgleich meiner Arbeit mache. Viele Mitglieder hier sind zudem erst halb so alt wie ich oder noch jünger. Ich bin 50 und in dem BoxGym voll akzeptiert (was nicht nur an meiner Fitness liegt...)
Ich kann jedem Interessierten nur empfehlen, hier mal ein kostenloses Probetraining zu machen und sich selbst von den großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und dem anspruchsvollen Training zu überzeugen.
