In a city of grumpy personnel, we were blown away by the friendliness of this barkeep. Such a sweet lady running this place, made us feel right at home. Will definitely try their spatzle as it looks scrumptious.

Update: had the spatzle and a sample of sausage and can confidently say that it was great!

Randomly stumbled upon this place while trying to get away from the craziness of Hofbräuhaus and Marienplatz, and I’m so glad I did. Probably one of the best Käsespätzle I’ve ever had and such friendly service, I felt like I was being served by family

Hidden gem in the centre of Munich. Popular with locals and a great find for out of towners. Has a very unique feature you’ll see as you walk into this very small boozer. I won’t spoil the surprise. They serve Augustiner Beer which is a given for any decent pub in Munich.

Sweet server and very good beer. Seems like locals visit this place too, nice and calm area, no traffic around.

My wife and I are from Texas. We love this place. It's very small. I count 24 people in here now and there's room for maybe 10 more. The "snacks" here are awesome and easily enough food for one person. I highly recommend the noodles eggs, and ham snack.

Nice cozy little bar. Great place if you want to get away from the busy streets. Be sure to try out the spicy sausage mac and cheese.

One of the few genuine Munich pubs left in the city. Most other places were closed in the last years and got replaced by hipster bars. The interior is unique with its tree and annually fresh decoration of Hop. The owner is super nice, service quick. Prices are totally fine, they serve only Augustiner beer. You can also get some very simple small dishes if you're hungry.
