The physiotherapists are mostly al kind and helpful. However the guy or old man at the reception went from being polite and nice to indicate me a wrong time for appointment, even when he said so, over the phone he was really rude and asked me to pay a fee for not showing up when he said in person something else. I mean when they want you to spend on them he’s nice but when he did the mistake and yet wanted things his way without taking any accountability, then he is really unkind! Hope everyone knows that treating yourself there is more expensive, you pay for 3 actual appointments and not 6, as in others so save your money. They are not nice because they have a profound schooling on excellent customer service but because of what they get from you, at least this man. Please write down what you agree so you don’t blame the customer. This behavior is unacceptable worldwide!
