Ich habe mir bei Prof. Berghaus aus rein ästhetischen Gründen meine Nase operieren lassen (Höckernase). Gleich vom ersten Mal als ich bei ihm in der Praxis war, wurde ich super behandelt.

Die Damen am Empfang sind super lieb und freundlich, und sind immer für jegliche Fragen offen.

Prof. Berghaus hat mich ebenfalls sehr kompetent, ruhig und sachlich beraten. Er strahlt eine Ruhe aus, die mir das Gefühl gegeben hat, bei Ihm goldrichtig zu sein.

Zu meinem ersten Termin habe ich meine eigene „Simulation“ mitgebracht, um ein besseres Verständnis dafür zu haben was ich möchte. Prof. Berghaus hat dann natürlich seine eigene angefertigt, und wir haben beim zweiten Termin beide Simulationen verglichen und besprochen.

Am Tag der OP hat er mir noch einmal versichert, dass er beide Simulationen berücksichtigt und hat mir jede Angst genommen.

Auch der Termin nach der OP ist super verlaufen. Er ging auf all meine Anliegen ein und beruhigte mich.
